These guys solved a drive shaft problem with my van that 3 other mechanics could not isolate and repaired it with a very reasonable cost. Chris, the customer service manager, is a pleasure to deal with. I am surprised there aren't more reviews of the location. They are great!
If you’re getting anything done on your car, ask for Ed ,the guy looks out for you and will make sure you’re taken care of. Trust me, he’s the plug for a good deal. If Ed and the crew are busy which they usually are, RBU Auto in the same plaza right next TO AAMCO is the next best stop in the area. Same vibe, honest work, fair pricing, and they won’t try to run your pockets.
My CVT transmission failed and needed to be replaced, I was referred to AAMCO. From start to finish, Chris and Andy were absolutely incredible. They were kind, patient, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured, misled, or taken advantage of — which meant so much during such a stressful situation. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood my options. Their transparency and compassion immediately put me at ease. At one point, I mentioned to Chris that the dealership had escalated the matter internally to see if there was anything they could do. I was honestly worried he might feel I had wasted his time, but his response completely surprised me. He was incredibly understanding, supportive, and genuinely wanted the best outcome for me regardless. That level of integrity and customer care is rare to find these days. Chris is truly a gem, and both he and Andy turned a very overwhelming experience into one that felt manageable and reassuring.
