These guys solved a drive shaft problem with my van that 3 other mechanics could not isolate and repaired it with a very reasonable cost. Chris, the customer service manager, is a pleasure to deal with. I am surprised there aren't more reviews of the location. They are great!
I want to send the biggest thank you to Chris and Andy! My car was being "fixed" at a dealership service centre. It was in the shop for over two weeks. That is a whole other story. My friends were mystified by what was going on and when I finally got my car back it was not really fixed. A friend of mine brought me over to AAMCO and Andy came out to the car and all he had to do was listen to the car and he told me to bring it back to the dealership. Chris knew someone at the dealership and he called them for me. I do not know what he said but the dealership called me, I went in and they fixed what they should have. I went to the dealership service center because I was so tired of being screwed around. Never again. I will be getting my car serviced at AAMCO from now on.
Absolutely fantastic experience with this place. Chris, the customer service manager, gave me a very detailed evaluation in terms of what needed to be done to fix my transmission. The price was great and the minivan was ready ahead of schedule
If you’re getting anything done on your car, ask for Ed ,the guy looks out for you and will make sure you’re taken care of. Trust me, he’s the plug for a good deal. If Ed and the crew are busy which they usually are, RBU Auto in the same plaza right next TO AAMCO is the next best stop in the area. Same vibe, honest work, fair pricing, and they won’t try to run your pockets.
